Contextual Messaging & Email Response Templates

As digital project manager, I was responsible for the  functional implementation and user experience of a new microsite for CAT rebuild kits. I also created this contextual messaging and the email response templates, led QA testing across multiple device types and browsers, and adjusted user-facing content according to customer feedback.
